Voice Overs for 1,000 videos
Budget: ₹1,000,000 – ₹2,500,000 INR
I am looking for:
- 8 voices.
- 4 male. 4 female.
- With a global accent.
- We are ideally looking for voice-over artists who have worked on mindfulness, EQ training etc.

The total project scope is:
- 1,000 motion graphics videos
- Duration of approximately 2-2.5 minutes each
- Total duration of approximately 2,000-2,500 minutes.
- Timeline - December 31st, 2023.
The individual scope for each artist is:
- 125 videos
- Duration of approximately 2-2.5 minutes each
- Total duration of approximately 250 - 312 minutes
- Timeline - December 31st, 2023.
In terms of processes:
- At the start of each monthly cycle, there would be approximately 10-12 scripts shared with each artist.
- In the first quarter, this number may be fewer, as the animation pipeline is set up, which is then increased in upcoming quarters.
- In the initial stages there would be possible revisions required on the basis of accent, tonality, pacing, emotionality, and engagement. Once this is finalized, there would be minimal feedback.
- There would be possibly a few patches required (a few words or sentences) based on the video edit.
- In case there are major script revisions, we would be billing it as a fresh video, based on the duration.
Please note:
- All billing would be done on a per-second basis, based on the final videos, based on a per-hour rate that is agreed upon before the project is commenced.
- On a priority basis, we require 4 voices to be finalized for 13 videos, which have a deadline of 21st December for the voiceovers.
- After this, the next milestone would be another 4 voices for 15 videos by Jan 10th.
- Along with 2 voices for 25-30 guided meditations requiring a very soothing voice (this can be from the 8 voices that would be used on the videos) by Jan 10th.
