Voice Over for short video

I'm in need of a voice over for a short video. The video is an explanation video about some changes that are happening to a website. The script is written and the voice over simply needs to read it out, pausing in the appropriate places. The video is 1 minute 40 seconds.

The voice should be neutral English or soft American.
