Voice Over Services front of camera

Hi, I am looking for someone who can be a video presenter for my e-learning script. Monthly 12- to 15-minute video output is to be delivered (raw footage) with a neutral English accent. The project will be continued for 20 months for 20 videos.

Will you narrate the script in front of a live camera?
If yes, please share some samples of your work.
Recording can be done in an empty room or studio with good lighting.
