Voice Over Projects for HEBREW Translation & Singing

Hello
I need a series of over 100 children songs translated and dubbed in HEBREW Language. The songs have male, female and kids voices mixed.
The songs will be provided in English in batches, along with the Karaoke tracks and English lyrics. You would need to translate and type out the translated lyrics and record the vocals (male or female or kids which can be mimicked by adults, as per the English version) over the music track and send me the vocals file along with the typed lyrics file. The kids voice can be recorded by a child or a female artist mimicking a child voice. Can you find a person that you guys can do all male and female songs together ( usually it is recommended for female to sing the boy and girl parts as well as the female the songs)
The recording needs to be noise free and good quality.
The budget for translation and dubbing of 100 songs per language is 2000 USD.
