Voice Determination Analysis

The project is similar to, if not the same as, likely 90 percent of the inquiries you receive. If possible, I would like an analysis conducted that isolates and amplifies human voices to a recognizable level while reducing the prominent audio sound, which is a running vacuum. The audio recording device is an iPhone 11 that was within a range of 10 to 25 feet from the running vacuum and potential human voices. The primary goal is to determine if there were any vocals recorded while the vacuum was running and, if so, the associated nature of communication. The recording was about 75 minutes and had been trimmed to the first 17 minutes of the recording. Please provide a quote to analyze from minute 5:00 (approx.) to the end.
