Voice Actor - Treacherous Wealthy Merchant

We're building a Campaign Mode for our MOBA, and one of the main characters is a greedy powerful noble. He's an older man, maybe from a middle eastern culture.
Here's some example lines:
“The other day, I heard a story, of a young, talented mage, who traveled halfway around the world to compete in our Tournament of Tamers. Not such an unusual thing, many young mages dream of becoming wealthy and famous by winning the tournament. But to think, the mage would come all this way without even a dragon to enter in the tournament with. Some would call this foolishness, others courage, but I, Tavis On’Var, will let time tell which is the case."
