Vietnamese Audio Recording

I need someone to record some audio in Vietnamese (northern dialect) for language learning material. Starting with one story (attached) and if the audio quality is high enough 59 more stories of similar length. Here are some requirements for the audio:

- Recorded audio should exactly match the text (title included)
- The speaker should talk in a standard accent
- Don't speak too closely to the microphone
- The speed of speaking should be normal and natural, not too slow or too fast
- Volume should be loud enough and clear
- The audio level should be consistent throughout the recording
- The speaker's tone should be natural and pleasant, monotonous voices are not approved
- There shouldn't be unreasonable pauses in the audio although a short pause is needed between the first and the second narration of the stories. Also, there should be a short pause after each question is asked, and between each set of questions and answers
- There shouldn't be any background hum, clicks, or mouth noise in the audio
