Video advertisement production for social media

Hello,
I would like a video advertisement producing for a social media advertising campaign. The project has to be extremely professional. You will be given a brand manual to refer to, so you can see how we do things.
The video theme will be promoting draught beer systems and overall theme beer.
I will provide a script, logos, other videos and illustrations to help with the project.
I will require a professional voice over for this project. I am thinking a European sounding voice, who can be very clearly understood in English.
Video length estimated to be around 15 to 30 seconds.
It is important to note that 2 or 3 days per week it is difficult to reach me due to my schedule.
Your bid price must be your final price. Please allow in your pricing for edits after we review your work.
We must own full rights to this project, all communications are confidential, you must speak fluent English, and this project must NOT be used in any of your portfolios and no part of this video should be sold or provided to third parties.
