Translate Punjabi to English and do its voice over (for female artists only)

i have few punjabi videos that need to be translated in english first, and then voice over is required and i will be testing with one video and then it will be permanent as this is a long term project. Only those freelancers will be selected who are good in punjabi to english translation + can speak english fluently.....and sample work is required.
