Telephony speech data collection
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a freelancer to collect speech data for telephony purposes. The data must be collected in the Czech, German and Greek languages. The purpose of collecting the speech data is to develop speech recognition technology. I require more than 150 participants and 100 hours of speech data to be collected.
Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
- Native speakers of Czech, German and Greek languages
- Experience in speech data collection
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate data collection
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
Task:
Each participant will be required to complete 1 recording sessions which consist of 2 conversational calls (15 minutes per 1 call, 30 minutes in general), where the correspondent speaks to a friend or family member. They may call the same person twice or call two different receivers.
Both sides of the conversation (i.e. caller and receiver) should be speakers of the same dialect.
Calls will be provided by recording platform (with call back).

German language – 50 participants
Greek language – 50 participants
