I'm seeking a talented and authentic Tamil voice over artist for a project.
Key Requirements:
* Must be a native Tamil speaker from India, ensuring authentic pronunciation and accent.
* Prior experience in voice over work, although not necessarily in Tamil.
Ideal Candidate:
Should have experience with voice overs, particularly in Tamil. They need to possess clear pronunciation skills and be able to convey the intended emotion through their voice.

Objective - Utterance collection in 4 languages
Mexican English finished
German finished
Tamil - onboarding
Bengali finished
Total 1.3 million utterance audios across 4 languages paired with corresponding JSON files.
Total Speaker: 6000
Number of Speaker per language: 1500 (1500*4 languages)
Number of phrases per speaker: 220
Total Utterances: (1500 * 220 * 4) = 1.3 million utterances
Prompts:
Prompts will be provided by Shaip.(330k prompts per language)
Each spoken prompt must be unique. They cannot be repeated. Shaip will provide additional prompts to account for buffer and over-collection

How to ensure a quiet environment?
Before you commence recording, please use the Sound Level Meter app link provided below to assess your recording environment. Sound Level Meter: (Quiet | <=40dB)

Padding: Minimum one second before and after the utterance (not a hard reject if the words are not truncated).
Rejection Criteria:
Non-native speech
Noisy recording environment
Text-audio mismatches (adding, subtracting, or repeating words from the defined phrase)
Unnatural speech such as long pauses or a “sing-song” manner of reading
Incorrect or unnatural pronunciation
Acoustic issues such as microphone issues, loud static noise
A participant does not meet the minimum number of approved phrases
Background Noise: None (Quiet, indoor). The general rule of thumb is if the Background noise obscures the participant's voice or is higher than the participant’s voice then it would be rejected.
No echo or mouth noise (usually occurs when the mic is too close to the mouth).

Do’s :
The audio recording must adhere to Utterances without deviations. No grammatical corrections should be made during the recording process.
Do not skip any words or add any words.
The participant should speak at a normal rate without any variations.
The recording will be carried out strictly by individuals who are native speakers.
Recording should strictly be done on the Shaip Work App.
Ensure that all the metadata information is filled out accurately.
Before starting the utterance recording make sure that the environment sound is below 40DB. Install the Decibel Sound level meter application and upload the screenshot:

Fill in the registration details to create your account and start working on the project assigned.

It is recommended to have a 1-second padding at the beginning and end of the utterances.
When recording, if there are any interruptions such as coughing, sneezing, or fumbling retake the audio.
Don’ts :
Please refrain from recording any content other than the given Utterances.
Please refrain from recording in any other environment other than mentioned above.
Do not simply submit the task before even listening to it. It will increase the rejection percentage.
Please avoid recording in high background noise environments.
Avoid the Echo sound or the presence of another person in the room.
Do not use fake recordings, YouTube Speech, text-to-speech, or pre-processed audio.
The microphone should not be too close while recording. Keep a distance to avoid breathing sounds.
