Swedish Voice-Over Needed for Video

We have made an explainer video for a customer and now need a human voiceover for the video. The video lasts approximately 2 minutes. You can see the video at the link below. The video is 100% complete, and an AI voiceover in English has been added that fits the video perfectly (the AI voiceover is synchronized with the film). The voiceover is 220 words long, and we need to have it done by a real human in Swedish instead of the AI voiceover currently being used.

I need a price for the project. The price should include the following:
+ A 220-word voiceover of the film in Swedish.
+ The voiceover must be in sync with the film (you can use the current English AI voice on the video as a guide), so we don't have to edit your voiceover afterward.
+ We must have the rights to use your voiceover (on the film) on our homepage, our partner websites, and on social media (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
+ We must have the rights to the voiceover you made for our video for 10 years (we do not want to pay a fee every year to use the voice on our video).
+ The voiceover should be delivered in a condition/quality that we can use directly in our explainer video without us having to do anything to it ourselves.
+ One revision where you correct any pronunciation errors.
