Story writer for explainer video

Hi, I'm an motion graphic artist going to create explainer video for my client project, Need some one create story line for his business and voice over with American accent. i'm expecting some one who can do both things alone within my budget. storyline should be short and sweet within 60 secs in interesting way, ( i will give you an idea how the story should be like)
