Speaking the text for a commercial video (approx 5 min) - English with a French accent

I am looking for a woman with a pleasant voice speaking the background text for my commercial video.

I would prefer a native English speaker with a slight French accent (not too obvious, e.g. French Canadian?; I know that is picky :-)

The video will last for 3 - 5 min, approx 20 animated slides, Text perhaps 5 min

I would like to propose a fixed fee of EUR 100. Any later additions / changes extra for 10 EUR per slide (if the slide has to be newly recorded) or 5 EUR for simple small changes.

Output shall be audio files for each slide that you send to me (at the moment, it is 21 slides, however there might be some additions).

I will give you an example:
Slide 1: Hello and welcome to Will in the world.
May we introduce ourselves?
We are a service company specialised in expatriate services.
Let us explain
etc.
