Short film Voice translation from Hindi voice to English voice recording

We need short films of around 3 minutes originally in Hindi voice translated to English voice over, Will need both male and female actor / artist voices in English with emotion. These videos already have English subtitles on them, Voice actors can read those subtitles while recording so it will be easier and faster to record.
