Rock singer needed
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

Looking for a hard rock singer for studio work only. Preferably male but open to others.
Must be able to provide release quality tracks, no demos.
Home studio is absolutely fine if you know what you are doing. It's Probably preferred, to reduce the costs for both of us.
The songs would be for sync placements.
High energy rock tracks/ leaning a little towards metal but no growling or any of that.
Looking for a vocalist with the abilities of RATM, Foo Fighters, Beastie Boys, Pearl Jam etc, (just don't sound like Eddie Vedder)
I realise those bands are all quite different, but you get the era / feel from that.
Basically the guys I'm writing for have said "If we could use 'Killing in the Name Of' for every placement we would."
So think that high energy, bad attitude, angsty kinda thing. Probably a lot of throw away hype lines like "Kick it!" & "Come on!"
Think UFC & Sports Highlight Reel or shows like "Forged in Steel". can't be too metal, but gotta have attitude.
- Strong vocal range and ability
- Experience with hard rock music
- Ability to convey emotion and feeling, and fit into the groove of the song
- Professional attitude
- Lyrics is a bonus but not required. If you bring lyrics I can't promise they will be used.
- Sync music experience a bonus but not required.
- A good sense of what it takes to get the right take in studio. eg: vocal comping, and how and when to double / triple track
Royalty split available if you contribute to the lyrics, but the performance is the thing that needs to be top notch.
Will not post the tracks directly. Will only share them with potential candidates.
