Record 10 min in English with Lebanese accent, no editing needed

I need a voice recording of a person with a Lebanese accent to expressively and dramatically and in an entertaining way to read out a folk story, it's a fairytale
The story is about 10 min /2000 words long. Will take you 30-40 min to record I think.
