Hello, please read carefully ? we're family business wants to start real estate wholesale, we're looking for a VA that is expert from end to end, that means a VA that with handle from cold call to converting a customer to a buyer. We'll add VA when the work gets more busy. The VA we're looking for is fluent in English with no accent, has no infants or noisy background since you're on the phone with customer most the time, VA has at least core i5 with good Internet connection with backup, without a backup you can't stop working every time power off, the phone must be clear, the customer gets suspicious if the phone is not clear. Responsibilities:
- Cold calling potential prospects and pitching our real estate wholesale services
- Generating a list of prospects to call
- Managing and maintaining relationships with clients
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in real estate wholesale or sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to generate leads and build a strong network
- Knowledge of the regional real estate market
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
