Hello, I am looking for a native Punjabi Voice over actress. I need only female voice. I will send you a video and a script in English. You have to translate the script into Punjabi and record the script in Punjabi language. You have to adjust the voice over with the video. Budget is limited and fixed. Deadline is 2 days. Thanks
