Northern Uzbek TTS project

Here is the information about this project:
· This is our TTS (Text to Speech) project. The script and audio recording are used for AI training and speech synthesis. We will provide the script to record. And we need the authorization of their synthetic voice to make the speech synthesis.
· Language: Northern Uzbek
· Male or female voice talents are all OK, the numbers are also not limited.
· Volume: 2 finished hours
· Studio: The voice talents have available studios to record.
· The required formal recording environment: 48kHz, 24bit, mono, PCM wav, background noise<-65dB; SNR (Signal Noise Ratio) >35dB, RT (Reverberation Time) 60<150ms.
