Need a voice for a character in my annual haunted house.

Each year, our family converts our home into a haunted house for charity. This year’s theme calls for a voice to a character called the Collector. He is eccentric old man who collects oddities. The voice over would be him welcoming visitors to his house in the woods and telling his story of his collection. The voice over just needs to be a few minutes long. The voice would be programmed into a life size talking skeleton.
