Need assistance with custom Voice generator

Hello, I'm looking for help with a custom voice generator project. I need assistance with speech synthesis and sentiment analysis, as well as recordings of the synthetic voice. The synthetic voice must be in English only and should be realistic sounding. I will require the text interpretation and audio to be generated, as well as recordings of the synthetic voice. The custom voice have to be mine. Assistance mean that you teach me how to generate custom voice, and do all the necessary proceedings, so I could generate text to speech with my custom voice later on my own for my following projects. You can use any existing AI systems and generate customs voice. You should have an experience in it.. and be able to show me generated sample file with my voice as a sample before getting the project. The whole idea would be to generate 60 seconds naturally sounding custom voice audio files text-to-speech for my shorts with I will be able to generate on regular base myself.
