Russian Voiceover Artist to translate and Dub English Video to Russian Video along with the Video Syncing. The Video is 27 minutes long however the audio is shorter than that. I require the audio file in MP3 format or WAV format. Ill be providing script in document format and the voice recording should be based on the text on the file and finally synced with the video.
