Native English voice over for YouTube channel

I have a total of 50 videos that will need narration. The length of the texts ranges from 2400 to 3500 words. These are emotional, uplifting narrative videos targeted at an older audience.

I will need a minimum of two narrations per week, but four would be ideal.

The voice emphasis should be conversational and "natural," as if you were talking to or telling the story to an older person, but at a slightly faster pace than average.

As an example, I am attaching one of the scripts for which I will need narration.
