Music composition, lyrics translate, sing in Khmer

I am looking for a freelance music composer to create an original pop song, to be sung by a female voice. I need someone with experience in creating melodies, beats and harmonies so that the song flows naturally and sounds professional. The composer should also have experience in translating lyrics from English to Khmer, and be able to sing the song in Khmer with an impressive vocal range.
