Mini VOICE OVER project. (20 sec. clip)

Hello Freelancers!,
I have 3 audio clips that I want to be put together according to "CompositionOfAudioVoiceOver.png"
There is a "Rolemodel_Clip_Outro_SI.mp3" which is the original rolemodel clip whose concept I want to reproduce.
Audio1.mp3, Audio2.mp3 and Voice.mp3 are my clips that needs to be assembled together into a 20 second clip. (See timing in "CompositionOfAudioVoiceOver.png"
The "Complete_Democlip1_my-version.mp3" is my own attempt of putting together this voiceover.
But I am not happy with the result of this composition, (but then again I am not experienced with voiceover/audio production) and I am hoping there are experts out there that can help me with a better result.
My main problem with this clip is that it sounds "muffled". The "Rolemodel_Clip_Outro_SI.mp3" is crisp and clear on the other hand.
Very interested in seeing if somebody can produce a better result for me.
