Male Voice Over in Japanese & English

I'm seeking a professional male voice over artist for educational content. The project requires a voice over in both Japanese and English. Key Requirements: - The voice over in English must be delivered in a clear and engaging British accent. - The Japanese voice over should be in a regional Japanese dialect. - The content is strictly educational, and therefore the delivery should be clear, calm and easy to follow. - Previous experience in voice over for educational materials is highly preferred. - A portfolio demonstrating your ability to deliver in the required accents and dialects will be highly regarded.
