Looking for a English female voice over artist with a child-like voice

I am looking for a native US English female child-like voice-over artist for our kids' app with a American accent. The content is intended for kids up to the age of 7. So the speed, voice and, pronunciation clarity, modulation should be suitable for this age group. Also, the voice-over artist must have the necessary equipment for high-quality recordings.
