Intake Manager needed for small, fast paced real estate investment firm located in Arizona. We buy and sell rural land (no houses).
This is a remote, WFH, flexible PT position. SAHM's welcome to apply. As long as the work gets done, I don't care what hours you work. You'll remote connect in using AnyDesk twice a day for an hour or two.
In order to sell land, we have to buy some first! The Intake Manager handles the transaction from offer response to closing to ensure everything goes smoothly and the customer/seller has an easy, delightful experience.
The demeanor needed for this position is someone who's kind, compassionate, patient, and a good listener. The seller is gonna tell you their life story. The gift of gab would serve you well here.
You also have to be tenacious and not scared of the phone because time kills all deals.
Must be able to build confidence in buyers and sellers and hold their hand throughout the process, checking in with them frequently. And be patient with the technology challenged folks.
Must be able to make buying decisions and determine if the property is worthy of buying (we'll teach you this.)
The most important thing is that you're detail oriented and like to dot all the i's and cross all the t's because there are legal contracts involved and proper spelling of names and addresses are a big deal.
Highspeed internet required (not provided).
Computer and headset/microphone required (not provided).
Children, pets, and toilets must not be heard in the background. ?
Compensation is $16/hr.
