E-Learning training module voice over

I have a consultancy business where we have started to build e-learning modules for our clients in health and safety. There are sections of the module that would be improved with voice over to support the message.

I am specifically looking for an audio file that we can attach to our e-learning module. Our preference is for the voice to be female, from the UK without a strong accent.
Please see the following word doc for a sample of text from the module that we are looking for audio. We are looking for roughly 10 similar sized pages of text in total.
