Las Vegas scenario talk (voice recording in person only)

I need a male below 40 years. White. With English and Russian accent. For 4 hours in vegas in next 10 or so days. I need to confirm the date. The task is basically to create a scenario whereby me and him will talk but I will audio record it. It’s for a project with work and it be done in open bar and I’ll provide drinks.
