Japanese Voice Over

We are looking for a Native Japanese Voice artist for an ongoing project.
We need someone who have home studio and met with blow technical requirements
Technical Requirements (important):
Audio Specifications:
24 bit, 48 kHz, mono.
Unprocessed, raw .wav files.
-60dB noise floor (or better).
Naturally minimize background noise, breaths, and clicks (no plugins).
Payment: This is a total 3h of audio recording and payment is 30-50$ per hour of audio.
We will start a contract with 10$ first and once your recording is approved we will rest of the payment in milestone
Approving the final recording might take 3 -4 weeks time.
