1.0 Project Call Recording:
Call recording by using zoom native Japanese speakers.
?Need a couple or partner to call each other. (Partner should be Male + Female)
?Each call duration 10-15 minutes after 1st call end then 2nd call, 3rd, 4th call like that…..
?Each couple or partner can be recorded call maximum of 5 hours
?We Provide 10-12 topics with Sub Topics to speaking during the 10 to 12 minutes each call
?Recording a separate audio file from the zoom recording option who is the host on the zoom (we will show how to do it)
?After Save the recording file must be followed the sheet which we provide, and upload google drive and share with us
?Make sure you are speaking your won topic during call recording which topic provided by us
?Don't repeat Sub Topics
?Make sure there have no background noise or music during call recording
?Make sure recording voice or conversation are natural with Japanese native who doesn’t like reading a book or newspaper.
?Don't be long answer on the conversation
?All calls should be like an Agent or Customer by difference topic which provided by us.
??Don't be edit any recording file which recorded by zoom separately
2.0 Project Transcription:
Audio Transcription by the workbench, we upload those recording files to our workbench and segmentation will be created automatedly. You just do the transcription and QA. And we will provide you training regarding all tasks.
