Female Voice Over small texts in Spanish (US or EU)

We have a small dialog text in Spanish to be recorded in Spanish (EU Spanish preferred, US Spanish an option, no LA accent). To be recorded at home and delivered as a WAV file. Text enclosed. Note that this should be "normal language", the female voice is responding to male texts.
