*Key Requirements:*
- Original, natural voice (no AI or synthetic voices)
- Ability to deliver high-quality audio recordings
- Experience in voice-over work, preferably for YouTube or similar platforms
- Consistent availability for ongoing projects (as this will be long-term collaboration)

*Project Scope:*
- Recording voice-overs for pre-written scripts
- Length of each script: 5-10 minutes
- Tone: Friendly, engaging, and conversational
