Female Voice Over Artist

I require the weekly ongoing services of a female V.O.A from either Australia, New Zealand, or England. I don't mind a tad of accent or 'quirky/unique voice, but the closer to accent neutral; the better. You must be extremely punctual & own all the required equipment to produce highly professional outcomes.
