Family Voice Recording Repair

I have a voice recording that needs some audio repair. The speed is off, which affects the listening experience. It is from a recording on a cheap reel to reel recorder back in the 1960's. Our family used to send recordings to other family that lived in different states. Part of the recording needs speeded up, then other parts need slowed down. Reel to reel recorders were not very good, but it was 1960's. I found 1 tape recorded back then and was able to get it transferred to an mp3 and am hoping to find someone who can make it sound better. It's not critical, I would just like to hear the voices of my Grandma and Grandpa again. I am 70 now and they died many years ago.
