English speaking phone handler

Looking for a phone handler to work with me full time on permament basis. The work will be sporadic (meaning sometimes there may be a few calls to attend each week or perhaps one per month or even just 1 or 2 calls every six to nine months). You will be trained in what to say and how to handle the calls. These are business calls for my work. You won't be required to attend calls for more than 1 hour at a time. That's the average. I will only hire someone who can handle the calls themselves (no outsourcing or working with others). Must be able to work on a permanent basis -- not short term. MUST speak English (no accents. North American only)
