English Voice actors needed Male and Female 10-15 hour

We need a male or female voice actor to read scripts for a new you tube channel. The scripts will be 7mins to 15 mins in length. The topics will range from mental health, weight loss, motivation, meal planning and other related topics. The pay is 10-15 an hour. You must be able to voice multiple scripts within an hour in a professional and exciting way. I am looking for someone long term so we can work together and make this a success. Here is a sample of our expectations:
5-7 hour = 7-8 min scripts
4-5 hour = 9-10 min scripts
3 hour = 14-15 min scripts
