English to Brazilian Portuguese Educational Video Dubbing

I have a 60-minute educational video in English that I want to dub into Brazilian Portuguese.

What I need:
- Full dubbing from English to Brazilian Portuguese
- Natural voice (human or realistic AI voice is acceptable)
- The voice tone should sound like a teacher explaining (calm, clear, professional)
- You can use tools like Whisper, ElevenLabs, etc. — as long as the result sounds natural
- Final delivery should be the full video with the Portuguese voice replacing the original audio

Extras (preferred but optional):
- Subtitles in Portuguese (burned in or as .srt)
- Background music/ambience preserved if possible

Deliverables:
- Final video in MP4 format with Portuguese voice-over
