An English-speaking audience should easily perceive the speaker's speech;
Charismatic catchy voice;
Acting skills - the ability to adapt to any character of any gender, to make the voice of each character interesting and unique;
Constant cooperation - every day we produce a large amount of new content, delays and stagnation of voice acting are most undesirable;
