Emotional Intelligence On-Camera Presenter Needed

I'm seeking an on-camera presenter to deliver pre-written Emotional Intelligence (EI) lecture scripts in a natural, expressive, and engaging manner. Your role will be crucial in bringing energy, authenticity, and emotional depth to each video session.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow specified tone guidelines which include being bold, emotionally resonant, occasionally humorous, and deeply thought-provoking.
- Perform or participate in live demonstrations, roleplays, or case studies that illustrate real-life emotional intelligence situations, including workplace conflicts, personal relationships, and customer service interactions.
- Use your voice and body language effectively, with confident and clear voice modulation, tone shifts, facial expressions, and gestures to emotionally engage the viewer.
- Collaborate with the team, taking direction from the scriptwriter, video director, or founder to align your delivery with our brand vision. You should be open to feedback, reshoots, or minor improvisations if needed.
- Be consistent and committed, available for multiple shoot sessions as per schedule and maintaining visual consistency (dress code, lighting, setup) across modules.
The primary focus area for these lectures is self-awareness, so an understanding and ability to demonstrate this EI skill is crucial.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in on-camera presenting or acting is highly desirable.
