Educational Video Narration

I need a professional voice-over artist to narrate an informative video aimed at adults. The subject is political, reform to how the Commons (UK) is elected, and to the membership of the Green party, so at least some sympathy with those politics would help to give a suitable tone. However, there are novel concepts that will not easily be assimilated for some, so a measured delivery is also required.
The images that will aid understanding are included in the script.
