Dramatic British Voiceover for Animated Poem

I'm seeking a voiceover actor with a mysterious and whimsical British accent capable of adding drama to a short animated poem. The length of the voiceover should be about 30 seconds, not long at all. The script would read as follows:
“I feel like I’ve already died
my life ended already and I didn’t even notice
I’ve been a ghost in my own life and unable to see it
Why am I nostalgic for a time that isn’t gone
A life that hasn’t fully been lived
But the beginning feels like the end”
This project requires:
- Excellent voice acting abilities, capable of conveying dramatic tonality
- A strong, clear British accent
- Experience with voiceover narration for animations
