Customer Service & Sales Representative

MUST SPEAK PERFECT ENGLISH / USA ACCENT / UK ACCENT is fine too! I am in need of a dedicated customer service representative who can also handle incoming sales inquiries. The main responsibilities of this role will include:
- Answering customer inquiries: You'll need to have a good understanding of our products and services to provide customers with accurate and helpful information.
- Taking customer orders: You'll be responsible for processing orders efficiently and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
The expected daily call volume for this project is less than 50 calls, so a strong phone presence and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
I'm looking for someone with a friendly and professional phone manner, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. Experience in customer service and sales is preferred.
