Creating an audio book for my graphic novel

Different accents are involved like British (some of actors with posh accent, some with normal accent, and an actor with Scottish accent). Other accents are American, German/ Italian /Caribbean accented English.

And the locations must be said in addition to the dialogues. Its 258 pages in total. Some pages without dialogues at all. A page is attached as sample.
