Creating Nursery rhymes songs

We are looking for a singer/studio who can write new song lyrics, compose them with vocals and instruments to a new song which will then we will use it for a video on YouTube.
We are looking for a long run project.
We will provide the idea of the song and what we want to aim for. the rest is on you :)
Must:
We will need a female voice to sing the songs.
Advantage :
Ability to make/organize voices for Dad, Grandpa and girl voice.
A voice who will be able to sing/talk as a baby voice (3-4 years old voice)
We are willing to pay up to 300$ per song depending on your skills.
