Create 6 Short, Culturally-Appropriate Videos

I'm looking for talented professionals to help produce six short (30-45 seconds each) promotional videos for my PhD project. I have initial content and ideas, but I'm open to and seeking your creative input and suggestions.
The job includes:
- Adapting an existing English-language video into Arabic, Urdu, Panjabi, Bengali, and Gujarati.
- Offering cost estimates for voiceover recordings in these languages, as I will provide the English voiceover.
- Utilizing animations as the primary visual element, producing high-quality animated content that's culturally appropriate and accessible for my target South Asian population.
I'm open to casual styles, but they must be culturally appropriate. My budget is limited, but I'm willing to pay reasonable rates for high-quality production. I look forward to discussing the project further.
