Child's Book Narration

Hi, I am looking for someone to narrate one of my books for children, that is set in Russia. I need someone that can read the English text correctly, with the correct grammar and intonation, but with a significant Russian accent. The freelancer does not have to be a professional. I am looking to try and recapture some of the memories of Soviet bedtime stories on the radio.
