Casual Accent Voiceover (Not for Native USA)

I am looking for a voiceover artist to read a text message aloud in a casual tone. The accent should be like subtly Slovak, not too strong and the recording should take less than a minute. The purpose is not for a greeting message, a video, or a phone system prompt, simply for reading a written text. The ideal candidate will have:

Key requirements:
- Casual English accent
- Previous experience with voiceovers
- Able to provide a sample of your work
- Comfortable with a flexible project scope (length and tone)
